Trip Overview
This half-day tour starts when we pick you up from your accommodation in Manuel Antonio or Quepos. Then we will head straight to one of five secluded beaches that you will not visit on any other tour. The coastline of Manuel Antonio is a little slice of paradise known for its turquoise waters, rustic beaches and variety of flora and fauna. Whether a first timer or an avid paddle boarder, there is no better spot to enjoy paddle boarding. Our certified guides will get you standing up right away and will offer tips to get you paddling like a pro. After a couple hours of paddle boarding, we’ll reward ourselves with snacks and fresh fruit as we sunbathe on the soft sand before heading back.

WOW Experience! Outstanding Tour Guides We loved this tour! Usually we are more DIY on vacation, using info online to craft our own experience, but after a strong recommendation (3, actually), we decided to try Paddle 3 waterfall tour. It did not disappoint! Our guides were top notch, creating an outstanding and memorable experience that flowed beautifully. They provided entertaining and educational info along the route about Costa Rica and the areas through which we traveled. The spots we visited were picture perfect and easily navigable, especially since the guides seemed to be there at every step to ensure ease in our journey. I have a ridiculous fear of heights and did not expect i would be able to participate in the jumps into the various falls, but I did it!! One of our guides offered to do the jumps with me and he encouraged me in such a gracious way, i felt empowered to go for it- and it was AWESOME!! Waterfall Very fun experience, with kind and nice guides. Highly recommend. They are very helpful and always looking to make you feel comfortable.(opens in a new tab) Time of your life This trip was amazing! We tried lots of activities in Costa Rica, from surfing to hanging bridges to nature walks to rappelling, and this was by far the best one.The guides are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and make you feel safe in the most adventurous of situations.
