Trip Overview

Our adventure begins in the morning when we pick you up and head south towards the Osa Peninsula, one of the most biodiverse and remote regions of Costa Rica. Our guides can tell you all about the different plants and wildlife of the area as we transport you to each spot in our new vehicles.

We will visit three different waterfalls that each require just a 5-7 minute walk to get to, making this a great tour for most ages and abilities, as long as you are semi-active.

Every waterfall we visit has places to jump from (6 ft / 12 ft / 30 ft approximately) as well as areas for swimming and exploring. One waterfall spot even includes an awesome 20 ft natural slide!

None of the jumps or slides available are mandatory to progress through the tour, so each guest can be as adventurous as they’re comfortable with.

In addition to these waterfalls, you will also get to explore some of the surrounding caves and we will take you to one of our favorite beaches in the area.

We provide lunch, snacks, water and transit back to your location, so you can have a stress-free day of exploring this beautiful part of Costa Rica with us.

5 star ratingExpert & Knowledgeable guides led us on an Epic Waterfall Tour This is a spectacular tour of gorgeous waterfalls with opportunities to do some jumps and slides if you are up for it. The guides, Cory & Ismael, were top notch. They are safety oriented. I would never have done the jumps & slides without their expert guidance. They also are very knowledgeable about Nature & Costa Rica and shared many fun facts with us on our journey. We also had lunch at a Tilapia Farm that was absolutely scrumptious- one of the best meals I have had in Costa Rica. At the end of the day, we visited a gorgeous beach. The ocean was wonderful and really put me in the mood to kick back & relax in Costa Rica.

5 star ratingGreat tour company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had an unforgettable experience with Paddle 9 Adventures in Quepos, Costa Rica! We booked three activities with them: a waterfall excursion and a guided tour through Manuel Antonio National Park. Both were incredible! The waterfall tour was thrilling and perfectly organized, allowing us to enjoy Costa Rica’s natural beauty up close. The guided tour of Manuel Antonio was equally fantastic, and we saw an abundance of monkeys, sloths, and other local wildlife that our guide pointed out with expert eyes.Special shoutout to Reese, Ariel, Corey, and especially Gummi! Each guide was exceptional—highly professional, safety-focused, and attentive to every detail, ensuring we had an amazing time. They were fantastic with answering questions, making us feel safe, and ensuring we got the most out of each experience. If you’re looking for outdoor adventures in Quepos, I would highly recommend Paddle 9 Adventures. They truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable!
